I had a problem with my Touch screen monitor for 3 days. Unfortunately, the driver cd that came with the monitor got scratched and the silver coating was removed due to a metal placed on plastic where I put the Driver CD in as well. The problem i had was i dont know where i can download the driver cd on the internet.

One thing I know is that Touchscreen is manufactured in China but I cant find any model and the Manufacturer ID at the back of the TouchScreen is not searchable on the internet. So what i did was to try to get the driver by sending an email to the seller from Ebay where i bought the Touchscreen LCD and requested for a driver but they did not reply to my email yet. I also emailed one seller in ebay selling the same Touchscreen and offered him 10$ for that Driver but he also did not reply to my email yet.

Now, as im writing this blog, i just emailed the seller in Ebay where i bought the Monitor asking him how much it will cost me if he will ship a new monitor in the Philippines. Coz im already losing hope to get the driver for that LCD.

While browsing the net, i got an idea to search “10.4 Touchscreen LCD driver” in google to see if i can find any result. WOW! I saw some listing in google with a Model Name for a 10.4 LCD”

I clicked the Link and was surprised that its the model of my Touchscreen! I found out that the original website of the Monitor is http://www.touchkit.com/4Touchscreen.htm . Now, i download the driver for my LCD and will try to install that tomorrow
